Doesn't care about giving you your salary without follow up. HR people sometimes doesn't function or we need to tell them, Hey this is what your job is. Once you leave the company, ohh God, it will take eternity to get your FNF amount and reliving letters.

...ltiple emails(mostly after 3-4 days), they will not respond to your phone calls. Salary will not be credited on time. More than 4-times my salary was delayed. FNF will not be processed on time. Even after mentioned 45 days, I had mailed approximately 21 time(got a reply 3 time) and called them 17 time(not answered even once) . Requesting people who are looking for review about this company, if you are fine to receive delayed salary and fine to work in organization where there will be no responsible HR to talk to, then you can surely join here. They mostly hire you and deput you to another company(payroll still be Growel) , merely what a consultancy would do. So they are, actually.

Nothing, one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They keep changing policies to somehow deduct employees salaries, most of the employees are terminated here giving any unreasonable reasons. Even Full & Final settlement is not done for most of the employees & treat the employees as beggars.

everything, don't have any valid reasons for salary deductions, HR never picks calls, never replies to mails, hire & fire policy, keep changing their policies as per their convenience, lots of salary deductions, they judge performance even in FnF & thus deduct FnF salary, no incentive payouts. The COO of the comnpany, Varsha Kothwale has lots of free time to call ex-employees to justify the deduction in FnF settlement, the most rude person on this Earth, she never had time to look into the grievances of working employees, the worst management in this company.

Worst growel company .. I mean terrible, basically they tell lies , I was under contract basically the Hr are like worst never paid salary on time , never increased salary , I am happy that I m am permanent on my company I request evryone to go though the glass door before the growel frauds you .

Evrything is worst . Lier growel company ,never paid salary ,never received call.. I am happy that I am.permanenet in my company . Pleae guys before giving an interview never go though contract

Contact person responds quickly but higher management is poor.

... not respond for information shared and asked even after mail and calling them. Delay in salary dates,working on contract base is difficult.
