Nothing, one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They keep changing policies to somehow deduct employees salaries, most of the employees are terminated here giving any unreasonable reasons. Even Full & Final settlement is not done for most of the employees & treat the employees as beggars.

Dislikes

everything, don't have any valid reasons for salary deductions, HR never picks calls, never replies to mails, hire & fire policy, keep changing their policies as per their convenience, lots of salary deductions, they judge performance even in FnF & thus deduct FnF salary, no incentive payouts. The COO of the comnpany, Varsha Kothwale has lots of free time to call ex-employees to justify the deduction in FnF settlement, the most rude person on this Earth, she never had time to look into the grievances of working employees, the worst management in this company.

There is nothing which we can like in this company , worst management ever I have seen. If company head is watching all these reviews he/she must immediately change those worst people in those higher post , they are treating people like animals

...commend immediately change your otherwise your going to be a part of depression. No proper salary giving they are cutting g salaries nearly like 5k to 10k , so waste of use of working whole month.

Pathetic managent with pathetic team leads/manager. Management are busy to do micro management .pathetic work culture . Account managers are good for nothing to bring business from client.

No pros.Never ever join this company.Dont have clients,no requirements,no motivation,very pathetic and useless management.There is no pros to join;it was when management was good but all good people left.Now management including owner of the company, don't have employees value.They are sitting there only for the sake of money.

...also very bad.Noone wants to work with them & they are not getting the business.Therefore,they used to deduct the salary on nonsense things even they are not releasing the incentives of the deserving employees.New management don't know anything.People are sitting just to take others credit.HR's are supportive but they don't have any authority to fulfill there actual responsibilities of human resource.once u resigned, useless manager puts some nonsense clauses and used to threatened employees.Management either don't have any work to do or don't want to work,all the time they were planning to torture the employees.They are unprofessional beyond every definition of word.

Doesn't care about giving you your salary without follow up. HR people sometimes doesn't function or we need to tell them, Hey this is what your job is. Once you leave the company, ohh God, it will take eternity to get your FNF amount and reliving letters.
