Nothing, one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. They keep changing policies to somehow deduct employees salaries, most of the employees are terminated here giving any unreasonable reasons. Even Full & Final settlement is not done for most of the employees & treat the employees as beggars.

everything, don't have any valid reasons for salary deductions, HR never picks calls, never replies to mails, hire & fire policy, keep changing their policies as per their convenience, lots of salary deductions, they judge performance even in FnF & thus deduct FnF salary, no incentive payouts. The COO of the comnpany, Varsha Kothwale has lots of free time to call ex-employees to justify the deduction in FnF settlement, the most rude person on this Earth, she never had time to look into the grievances of working employees, the worst management in this company.

There is nothing which we can like in this company , worst management ever I have seen. If company head is watching all these reviews he/she must immediately change those worst people in those higher post , they are treating people like animals

...commend immediately change your otherwise your going to be a part of depression. No proper salary giving they are cutting g salaries nearly like 5k to 10k , so waste of use of working whole month.

THERE IS NOTING TO LIKE about Growel Softech.

...ney, they would make you run from pillar to post. The major issues here are - 1. SALARY DEDUCTION for non-sense reasons (approved leaves, proper submission count). 2. PF NOT CREDITED -They don't credit PF timely. If you'll ask for reason they would say - "will check & update" but for months you won't get any update. 3. NON-COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT (You'll keep on mailing them, calling them but they would turn a blind eye to it) 4. UNNECESSARY WORK PRESSURE (Even if you are giving them joiners, still they would deduct your salary bcoz you were focusing on quality profiles. They would say that submit quality profiles and when you do then they would deduct your salary citing deficit count) 5. INAPPROPRIATE WAY OF TALKING (Most of the TLs, AMs, Leads have a very bad mouth. They insult employees in team calls) 6. SHIFTING BLAME ON EMPLOYEES (if their app is not working, work email id is not working & you'll brought this issue to their notice they'll say "tumhara hi nhi chalra baki sabka to chalra h" even if 15 other people facing the same issue have joined the same call bcoz they all are having the same issue. Basicallly, your issue don't count even if you are 15employees) 7. ZERO EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION (You'll get exhausted to get your balance salary credited which they have vaguely deducted but what you'll get in return is shifting of blame, continuous follow ups, false assurance, non-responsivenesss) I would NEVER recommend anyone to join this company bcoz it is not Growel4u rather it is #GrowelAgainstYou. TLs will talk to you as if you are their servants. They will delegate their work on you & the management will

Dislikes

... the proper training. They take only one meeting regarding the training process. Even not giving you the proper salary. If you're not able to meet their monthly target, then they will deduct your salary or you can say fire you.

Dislikes

They pressurized a lot for submission and deduct salary too even if we try our level best. They demotivate a lot and not giving experience letter . I am getting into depression after joining here.
