This company is very good at showing future strategy. Not take good decision accordingly.

Dislikes

Salary date is not fix. Lack of concept clarity.. what exactly we need to do in market. Lack of transparency about who is actual decision maker in company. Hr policy about work culture. Phone not allowed in office. We are not having clear understanding what exactly the vision of they just take new decision every day . Don't have clarity about natural way of working in distribution channel and Lack of maket research done by decision making team.

...te employees without notice.. and given reason is our Buissness module changed.. and not give fnf payment. My 60k rupees of notice period stucked in company.. they denid to pay.
