... company is worst and nothing at all scope and totally waste of time and future. and salary never get a time. and never get back salary Dramatically Usually keep hold salary in every month and all Senior and company owner nothing having manner how to talk to junior and article. So I would be recommend that please don't join this company. there is nothing scope experience and fresher. and till it is ridiculous Experience.

Good working environment and offers benefits as paid leaves, alternate sat off and every end of the month get together for all the employees and festival parties as well.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
