Toxic work culture. They need robots and not humans. Management will never try to understand the problems of employees. Also favorism for chennai site. Banglore site is like their second wife. They will provide 1 day training and you have meet all tge targets from next day. Changing policy everyday.

...o understand employee, No growth and no future.. You can be kicked out anytime I'm not terminated but I have seen company kicking out employees for cost cutting.

Decent salary and there has never been an instance of late salary so can plan properly. Work culture was good up until Covid.

There is no transparency in promotions, promotion interviews are done by immediate managers and obviously, there is bias. There is no proper process change cycle creating lots of confusion within team.

Worst company, they didnt bother about ur personnel life and health. About salary and incentives are worst ever practise, they made us to work lot and do cost cut in all incentives. No team out, no team lunch. No performance bonus. Completely worst company

Job Security is a major concern. Frequent firing. does not matter what position and skill you have, you are not safe.
