No or poor appraisals You have to be good in politics to enjoy out there or your life will be hell Senior Management based out in USA has very little to no clue of what's going on in other locations You fill timesheet for 8 hrs but work 24 hrs that is the demand Senior team managers are old people who give you fake motivation If you work on big clients who pay the agency hefty amount for managing only then the senior management is involved else you are on your own. Even your manager is not there for the meetings most of the time It is just like any other agency out there who is always controlled by their clients

Likes

The work culture is good. You don't have to stretch beyond your daily working hours. You can easily take a leave and no one will bother you on that day. Flexible timings are there.

Dislikes

Lesser salary hike and opportunities to grow. Non competitive environment.

There was a good teamwork maintained which lead to good results. Being in this company did gave me good training which gave me good appraisal growth in my designation and salary. The work environment was positive and approachable. I was able to balance my work life.

Dislikes

There was nothing as such to dislike about the company it's just that I was working with the company for more than 16 years and one day suddenly it was been informed to Some of the experienced employees to forcefully resign and I was one of them. Which did affected the job security.

There is nothing to be liked about the company except for the timely credit of the salary which most of the companies already does.

Dislikes

...loyees as humans, indeed, they are just robots and labour for Higher management. No work life balance, no justified salary as per designations and does not bother about the humanity or the stress level of the employees. Higher management is just bothered about their own well being and even if they need to shave off 1000 of employees just to save their job, they dont bother about it

Nothing is good here Top management is just pathetic Employees are frequently resigning due to worst culture and very less salary hike Strict Timings like BPO It won't feel like you are working in a MNC Some Managers are only busy pointing out mistakes
