Salary on time Global Agency so you get to work with people around the globe Best practices are shared by each region for managing every platform like Google ads, Meta ads etc Your work life balance majorly depends on the client you are working

No or poor appraisals You have to be good in politics to enjoy out there or your life will be hell Senior Management based out in USA has very little to no clue of what's going on in other locations You fill timesheet for 8 hrs but work 24 hrs that is the demand Senior team managers are old people who give you fake motivation If you work on big clients who pay the agency hefty amount for managing only then the senior management is involved else you are on your own. Even your manager is not there for the meetings most of the time It is just like any other agency out there who is always controlled by their clients

The peer group, the compensation and benefits, the horrible HRs, petty practices to retain/offload talent such as changing notice periods unilaterally

I didn't like anything here. I worked for Maxus (now Wavemaker). Had to reach office by 9Am and most of days left office (in office cab) at 9:30pm. Client leads was terrible, played huge politics.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Huge politics. Poor Salary and benefits compared to other Agencies. No growth.

I I’m working in media agency for over 15yrs now , have been a part of 4 agencies I must say , Wavemaker is the best so far , in terms of culture, work life balance , client handling… they have a guts to say no to client wherever required and they equally respect there employees
