No or poor appraisals You have to be good in politics to enjoy out there or your life will be hell Senior Management based out in USA has very little to no clue of what's going on in other locations You fill timesheet for 8 hrs but work 24 hrs that is the demand Senior team managers are old people who give you fake motivation If you work on big clients who pay the agency hefty amount for managing only then the senior management is involved else you are on your own. Even your manager is not there for the meetings most of the time It is just like any other agency out there who is always controlled by their clients

Nothing is good here Top management is just pathetic Employees are frequently resigning due to worst culture and very less salary hike Strict Timings like BPO It won't feel like you are working in a MNC Some Managers are only busy pointing out mistakes

I didn't like anything here. I worked for Maxus (now Wavemaker). Had to reach office by 9Am and most of days left office (in office cab) at 9:30pm. Client leads was terrible, played huge politics.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Huge politics. Poor Salary and benefits compared to other Agencies. No growth.
