There's nothing which is to be liked. Terrible idiot is head of Engineering, who's passed out from worst college of MP. Uncultured top management. Full of politics, zero learning. If this goes on, mark my word LACTALIS INDIA will sell this unit.

Lactalis India is a very Good Organisation. It is a French M.N.C. In this organisation's top level of Management and H.R. team as well as talent acquisition team are very supportive for me. Very Pathetic. They are terminating people on the spot.Too much politics.There is no support from HR team. Thag is why Managers are taking advantage on that.There is no any exit interview/feedback at all. People are not joining also by this type of culture.

Poor management from higher ups. Full politics from Seniors.Example-Last 4years 15people left in Modern Trade team.But manager is same from last 8years.same like in each Division.They will terminate immediately without notice period.

Nothing is likable in Lactalis India. Though company is very big in size and turnover globally but the way of working is pathetic in Indian plants. One has to face office politics and biased behavior. You are required to show incorrect numbers in data according to your bosses. Everything is manual and company is not able to implement technological projects.

Poor & political leadership, no systems & processes, talent is extremely poor (including at senior level), very poor management of people (misbehaviour with people in meetings), no growth (only talking of bottomline delivery without understanding the reasons & issues), do not participate with resources to help people deliver their tasks, often compromise with legal & compliance processes
