There's nothing which is to be liked. Terrible idiot is head of Engineering, who's passed out from worst college of MP. Uncultured top management. Full of politics, zero learning. If this goes on, mark my word LACTALIS INDIA will sell this unit.

Everything and specially top management, salary etc. Even they don't know how to treat an employee. No job security, nothing. The worst experience of my life till now.

Especially my Finance team i can say is supportive. Even HR team also for me. Employee safety they will give high importance like taking initiatives like providing free Helmets for employees.

Work environment is not hygiene like toilets. Some policies and decisions its really immature i think.

Lactalis India is a very Good Organisation. It is a French M.N.C. In this organisation's top level of Management and H.R. team as well as talent acquisition team are very supportive for me. They are well experienced and professional. It's my good fortune that I am employee of this great organisation.

Flexible working hours, in time salaries and expenses.

Work-life balance not up to the mark, You need to answer the calls, process the orders even you are in leave. No much holidays. Very basic incentives and allowances. Handling of team is challenge.

Very Pathetic. They are terminating people on the spot.Too much politics.There is no support from HR team. Thag is why Managers are taking advantage on that.There is no any exit interview/feedback at all. People are not joining also by this type of culture.

Dislikes

Poor management from higher ups. Full politics from Seniors.Example-Last 4years 15people left in Modern Trade team.But manager is same from last 8years.same like in each Division.They will terminate immediately without notice period.
