In past company having good working culture, but from this year top leadership act as dictatorship. During lock down force to travel in feild and stay in hotels.

There is not work culture, they has not know about how to launch new products in market, you don't expect from companies to support in fields but companies expect to you 10 time results from comptition, nothing to new technology in new product you don't know about what s your target when you probision period completed then they will give you discontinued later over all spoils your career here

Good company environment and teammates. Got a good practical knowledge of my field. Learn so much things about my department. Seniors have good knowledge.
