Bad management,no policy,no facility,no food facility,no travel allowance,fake promise,no vision,no planning,very bad working atmosphere,typical biharis,no job training,

That is no such good experience but they talked very high influence and then used me.

Dislikes

This company's management should understand that employee is heart of the company. you can not behave very rudely and in very bad manner.i think this management needs to improve 300% match with ordinary company. Production Facility - 1/5 They have very huge space but they dont have enough manpower to handle the work. Design Engineer 2/5 They have good employee in design team but there is no work culture.they are working from home where even guest can come to drink tea or kids are playing. stay alert - they are not paying you as per the commitment.

The company is open to innovation & reafy to take latest technologies, i am very happy to be a part of it, the team members including seniors are very co-operative. The most benficial point is core engineering work which grows my engineering knowledge in best way.

Dislikes

Increaments in salry i.e. growth is slow.
