Dislikes

They don't want you to be casual which signifies how formal and toxic is the culture. It is a completely autocratic company run by one mM from. If you are someone who loves a formal place with burden of work and no work-life balance, plus a toxic environment, feel free to join. Even the office is located in a very shady location. Strongly need to change the environment.

I learnt about project management skills and also improved my technical skills for freshers it's very good company. Single person i.e Fresher can handle complete project without any team

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
