The work-life balance is not good. Job security is horrible. They will hire you and then fire you in one week without giving you a chance to prove yourself. The company's environment is so negative and toxic that no one is happy; everyone wants to leave the organization. Upon joining the company on the second day, you will begin to feel uneasy.... you can try.. You will be hired as a hybrid and then required to attend office work daily, False clams on hybrids. The increment is not more than 5%. You have to beg for more. In the company, there are at least three old women who are running a complaint box against everyone. They would go and speak out about everything to the owner of the company, and an action is taken against those complaints My advice is to not join this company at all
