Baised Management. Never followed their own policies. No consistency in shift timings. You will get 3 different shift timings in one week which impact your mental and physical health. Not at all employee oriented company. Only favourite employees get support from the management. Poor HR management. They have strong policies but they never followed that too.

Such a worst culture i have seen here which is totally annoying and its comes from the top to bottom. The super lazy top management without any vision and skill just try to make impose their unfruitful decisions to the bottom line. If you want to talk with them they will try to ignore or avoid you by giving you false commitments, it happens with me 3-4 times and i have seen people who face this thing on a daily basis. It happens also with AM level of position persons so now you can get it what they can able to do with Associate or Sr associates. Hard work hardly matters here because as per their policy everyone is doing hard work here so do something extra to get appreciated like buttering and providing information from bottom to top. Because they told me about this 2-3 times that you don’t provide any info regarding your team members which i feel not related to work at all but still they want it, which is very shameful. Last thing dont think ever that your job is safe here, if you think so like that its your biggest mistake. Before join this company look at the attrition rate of employees in this company then you will get the better picture about this so called famous company.

Management treat like you you are the labor of the company, management involved much more in politics, No job security at all ,they will fire you when they no need you, they take decision personally, They change overnight policy like BJP Government, All Directors and managers even assistant managers are very biased.

Every decision made is by Associate director. Below him everyone is puppet Promotions are fixed. Seriously last promotion of a CA to Manager level is not digestible. They take Interviews in Hindi including Associate director. All good Assistant Managers switched there Job.(Arun +Sonu+ Kamal+Ram, these were the real assets of the company) but leaders never valued them. No skilled Managers as of now There own English is very poor. From AM to AD can't do public speaking. Poor decision making by AD. AD has created his spies in each team. Arrogant. I'll mannered. Changing managers almost in every quarter. Best job for Day shiftAssistantMaangers, they just do alt+tab whole day. R&R is fixed, don't consider AM’s recommend dation. Greystar can become a good company if the Associate director get kicked out from there.
