Very young and supportive Team members, the work environment, timings are very flexible, orientation session are held for initial 5days and appraisal are offered once a year.

Last minute changes in schedule and slow pace to attend situations and late processing of reimbursement, no PF or INSURANCE

The CEO has created a good working culture driven by values giving everybody a opportunity to contribute and grow and leverage their potential

Here I worked when the team size was smaller and now things would have changed . We didn't have any Employee Pension Benefits and other employee benefits like health insurance considering we were a startup than.Now of course the organisation is much larger and is probably taking care of these for its employees . We also didn't have soft skill training and other skill development apart from on the job role training . You need to be on the right side of the boss
