...s. Team mates were really helpful, they would help out if there were any issues. Salary used to get credited every first/second day of the start of the month. Marketing head - Rajesh was really good. He taught me few back-end operations, which would actually pop up on the website for the changes or additions I used to make later on. Automations was improving in generation of automated leads. Overall it became a family kind of feel. I really miss those days at GreyCampus.

Nothing as such. Everyone over there had helping nature.

Supportive teammates and managers, they help you learn new stuff which can help you grow. And I believe growth is all we work for. Plus you get your share of leave's and off's that helps fetch work-life balance.

There is a lot of politics in the management.. only favourite ppl can exist here and get good incentives.. other people are shown as waste and shown as they are without any skills to perform.. no job security.. no growth

I worked at GreyCampus for 3 years. Pros, great place kick start a careers in areas of marketing and business operations. Compensations are decent and incentives are added advantage. Highly talented and cool colleagues were around who helps to figure out solution while working in team. Paid vacations and company taking out the employees on tours is one the good example to explain the work environments. Cons Nothing, great place to work.
