It was challenging as you have to come up with new digital strategies. And this was the tool to understand the efficiency of the employee.

Nothing as such. Everyone over there had helping nature.

Soft skill training

You will learn more about time management, team work, how well you have completed your tasks. Also improvement in our soft-skills. Team mates were really helpful, they would help out if there were any issues. Salary used to get credited every first/second day of the start of the month. Marketing head - Rajesh was really good. He taught me few back-end operations, which would actually pop up on the website for the changes or additions I used to make later on. Automations was improving in generation of automated leads. Overall it became a family kind of feel. I really miss those days at GreyCampus.

Exciting, as I had an young energetic motivating team manager who never let us down, always brought the good news till us and bad news he took to the superiors.
