Nothing good here...all are totally terrible.

Gretis is very poor horrible and terrible company.it's managing director is fully non sense person.. employees are not safe here,any time without any mistake they dismissed any employees from his job.They hire expert good person for a particular work after completions they said we don't have need any more pls not come from tommorow.This company play with innocent people's and his family.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
