Everything this disliked No hike, six days a week, no mental peace ✌️, less salary, high pressure, inner politics, begging for getting leaves, no cab facilities Strict timing, a lot of deduction on salary, unnecessary fatal and many more thing I won't suggest anyone go with this company better try in MNC

... would like to thank Greet Technologies for giving me an opportunity to work. During interview HR won't tell about the company policies (Mobile deductions, Late Punch, Quality deductions, salary will be given based on ready time, need to veg fir the ELs, no sick leave, Need to work even on Sunday once in a month, and very important about the package). During interview HR said it is 17.5 k in hand 16.4 k after deductions (PF, ESI). Later after training HR introduced 2 salary plans i.e., Greet payroll and Neem payroll. Greet Payroll = 17.5 k before deductions ( PF and ESI) but after deduction in hand will receive 12.5 k 4.5k is deducting for PF and 5 hundred for ESI. Note= As per PF contribution rules both employee and employer should contribute as per the % fixed by the EPF. but in Greet 4.5k is contributing only by Employee no employer contribution. If i speek about job satisfaction, really sorry to say, assume if HR has hired for 40 employees in 1 batch, after 2 months training hardly 3 to 4 employees will be continue at Greet and rest will left the Greet just because hidden policies and hidden salary deductions. Further, yes of course you will gain the knowledge of Tally as well as it is very helpfull for the freshers. Moreover, please note, HR ask for agrement for 14 or 16 months and need to submit original SSLC and PUC certificates, if any employee fails to complete the said tenure, he/she need to pay 40k to the management. If still you are interested to work at Greet Technologies Private Limited, you are heartly welcome but later don't regret.

...eammates were good and will provide you good Training also for 2 months minimum. With decent salary you can starts your career as a fresher in Greet , for Experience people don't think on this option.The Environment you will like , if you really enjoy what you are doing. All the Best :)

There is too much work pressure and the salary and the work and personal life balance is difficult and the Management is OK. But in the pressure of the work will be more and unwanted deductions. There will be more deduction for the punch and the shift deviation and for the Quality each and every operation included with deductions. The salary paid is already low in that again more and more deduction for and the leave policies are not good with working for 6 days in that ***Sunday also included. BY talking to the clients on telephone for 8 hours will cause so much of health issues, I had gone through it.

The worst experience in greet they always make rules to deduct the salary even after complete the agreement also no way way to increase salary if anyone want to exploit there they can join but because Amit Tandiya is always want to do for money he don't care for working employee who is working for him only
