... leader are very worst, he don't know to talk with the employees n respect them. They need only work from us but they won't pay proper salary for that , for everything they have deductions no appraisal only deductions

For the Freshers Its good to learn the subject.

There is too much work pressure and the salary and the work and personal life balance is difficult and the Management is OK. But in the pressure of the work will be more and unwanted deductions. There will be more deduction for the punch and the shift deviation and for the Quality each and every operation included with deductions. The salary paid is already low in that again more and more deduction for and the leave policies are not good with working for 6 days in that ***Sunday also included. BY talking to the clients on telephone for 8 hours will cause so much of health issues, I had gone through it.

The worst experience in greet they always make rules to deduct the salary even after complete the agreement also no way way to increase salary if anyone want to exploit there they can join but because Amit Tandiya is always want to do for money he don't care for working employee who is working for him only

Greet is all about a platform where a new commer can get a good and ample knowledge regarding the technical and non technical fields moreover the employees usually have a satisfaction level that s/he is learning something regarding accounting and Tally which can be benificial for the future endeavour.

Agreement period.when I left my company all the things were good except the agreement period for this I had to pay 40 k while leaving job in between when my bro passed away.

Learning new things and supported from the seniors for work good improvement of communication and typing speed and analysis skill

6 days of working, no more entertainments to employees benefits, all levels same salary no hikes, no education matters here all are get same salary, no more motivations.
