No work life balance Pathetic location (no restaurants or accommodations nearby) Office Politics 1 to 1.5 years bond even for experienced individual. 3 month notice period (non negotiable) No salary during notice period (all will be paid after final settlement) No wfh , only option is to take leave.

Nothing is likely in this organisation. But my colleagues are very friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

No time boundary.you have to work work work. And they didn't give extra money for that and they didn't tell anything about that before you joined. My work hour from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. But I have to work from 10:00 to 7: 00 or 8:00 pm daily . It is very bad to work here they didn't care about you safety nor your health. Employees first[Last]😂.🙅

The environment is friendly. You can approach anyone with your problems whether work-related or something else people will be happy to help you. It might be a small company but it always has projects in the pipeline to work on. One of the good perks is as a fresher if the project requires you can travel to other locations and the company will reimburse that (This way you can travel to most parts of India ;) ).

Company is very good but the only thing I dislike was the balance in between personal life and job life. Needed to work out of the working hours almost days even after dedicatedly working in the working hour.
