There's nothing to like about this company only benefit for me was it's nearby from my home.

Dislikes

...eer growth, Everybody has left the company as pay cycle is completely messed up. Salary is delayed by 2-3 months since last 14 months. No hikes or Apraisals, Extreme work load, unrealistic targets with no salary. PF and ESIC money is not deposited in accounts since last 2-3 years. It's a jail. If you want to survive for few months and has no job offers from elsewhere then and then only join this company. Otherwise don't.

Worst mistake of my life.

...are very old and for every task assigned you will get a ultimatum to complete. They will not pay salary on time, from last 3 months they have not paid salaries. HR will support this toxic behaviour of management and you are totally on your own. Bond policies to make your life difficult.

So there's a lot since I was in ed-tech department so I can only talk about that and it was terrible. The management just don't understand how to run an ed-tech business, how to deal with teachers. We get it that you are a really good BPO but it's model can't be applied to education business. So I guess everyone of last teachers just left them and I think they should really work hard on studying the business model of established ed-tech and educational businesses and implement those policies and rules rather than just blindly shooting arrows in dark.

... So if you think you have 3 months to prepare for an interview, you might not. Financial issues of the company were observed as salary cut up to 40% was seen during Covid-19 for about 9 months which were never re-paid to the employees afterwards even when work-load was never reduced in Work From Home setup (Senior management purchasing new personal vehicles during these times is a whole new discussion). CTO and managers want their team members to work on weekends/festive holidays. Leaves might get cancelled if any of the manager's ego is hurt. During Work From Home of COVID-19 lockdown, NO COMP-OFF rule was introduced out of no-where. So you can expect working on weekends without any compensation. After first COVID-19 wave, HR sent a mail for all employees to return to their base location as they're planning to resume Work From Office. SO, Work From Office started and withing one month lockdown for second wave was imposed. So there's no thinking involved while making decisions and the rules might change over-night as per convenience whereas employees have to suffer with risking of health and the cost of traveling/re-location. Getting work done by giving threats is normal. Also, threats of increasing notice period tenure have been given if impossible work expectations and bizarre deadlines are not met. Management needs to see how well other organizations treat their employees and must look forward to create a good work culture.
