Work life balance and compensation is really good.

Dislikes

Hard working people are not given due recognition. People who do nothing get promoted and the rest have to work with no growth. No discipline in timings for some people. It will be good if really dynamic team leaders are appointed who can question their staffs.

I love this organization. Have worked with them for 9 long years. I respect the mission and vision. However it has its own downfalls and disappointments. For instance, there is hardly any work life balance. Even if its there only a priviledged few has the option of availing it. Growth and career developement is restricted to the group that is more inclined towards favoritism. Senior management is biased at times. If you are lucky enough, you might as well have yoir share of good fortune.
