... daily. Won't allow you to take personal leave. You have to work for them 24x7 If you want to resign then they will not give you relieving letter, hold your salary for months and months. F& F statement also will not be provide. If you write email then they will blackmail like "will give a bad feedback to your future employers". Above mentioned things everything was happened to me. Intentionally did everything to me. Finally I resigned my job for that also they didn't gave me a acceptance email/ letter. My simple advice is... it's not a right place for those who are not a Ex-ADL employee or other state/ language/ caste/ community.

Poor Leadership: # Brach Manger of Laminate division are very poor market knowledge and very bad attitude, # He doesn't listen suggestions from other team member and always insists he's right # He is very slow in his work we can be frustrating for team member # He is very poor decision maker and always blame to other for his own mistake # No one knows him in market which can be challenge for team member # He constantly pin team members and create toxic environment # Always take credit of other team member works, show off Infront of senior people 2. Low Petrol Expense : Petrol are capped very low amount, which can be challenge for employee to travel for work 3. Restrictive policies: Company does not allow to send Sample and catalogue through portal or Dunzo, which can be convenient

Company is a fully professional company. Very good rules and policies. Timely salary timely expenses. Not a single rupees deduction, even if deducted will be notified immediately.

Dislikes

The immediate bosses that's the managers working here for years. They think as if they are running some crime syndicates. They will communicate with subordinates like giving threatening or else company is of their parents. That's the only reason why employees leaving greenlam. Only for those idiot state heads and rsms.

Salary and incentives and one more good thing Greenlam provide training each and every level.

Dislikes

Company is good but managers of the company involve in politics they do not want his junior to grow and flourish they are leg puller and upper management also support this culture, some managers slurp the feet of his bosses. They always shows that whatever happens good in market they do and and his colleagues doesn't . I spent 9 yr in Greenlam but I have to leave company due to politics.

They are following all the latest technical tools software in terms of CRM . Also salary comes on time and there would not be any salary deductions whenever you come late office .

Dislikes

Their old employees were so rigid and don’t want to grow their new teammates. They just want to relax in the office and don’t bother to go outside along with their teammate in the market .
