Recommendations matters here. Even increments also based on recommendations. No scope for talented candidates as they give promotion for physical hard work like a labor. HR people are worst. Strictly do not join in QSD.

Job security is there good place to work but need recommendations to get hike one year experience GET will get salary of 25 k .8 years experience in same company same qualification will get 15 k salary.

Dislikes

Salary structure low promotions for old people will not get after working 6-7 years appraisal are awaiting from two years .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
