Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The atmosphere at the work place is unbelievable, such as, you will feel Positive, Motivated and Inspired. The CEO (Mr. Chinmaya Sharma) of the company will make you so comfortable that you will feel you are interacting with on of your close friend. Company's city head is supportive and managers are very understanding.

Dislikes. Ummmmm, nothing such but few people try to ruin the atmosphere but the volume of the positivity, motivation and you can do it attitude is so high that those few people will never succeed.
