This organization is very good , work culture is good but I want to learn extra ordinary objects but growth is very slow. Company policies are good, appraisel are faire

There is a lot of politics and management dosenot adress our issue because we are supporting department, salary is decent but career growth is slow. Reporting manage is non technical so I can't gain knowelge technically and difficult to explain non technical repoties. It is not a core company basicaly environment Infrastructure.

Only good part is you will be able to learn a new of managing hazardous waste..Apart from this,only 9 hour shift timing is good..

No growth and promotional opportunities despite your efforts..Meagre salary for working in such a hazardous chemical and unhealthy environment..Long term exposure while working may lead to severe health consequences..People with less knowledge and experience are made your seniors..

GEPIL company is a very good company its rules and regulations are acceptable its time tables are acceptable its working rules also very good I like all rules and regulation

GEPIL has two company who provide salary of all employee. first name Manpower and second is Nobility business. Manpower has increased salary of his employees but Nobility could not .My name is Amrit lal sharma I have been working for 18th month but my salary could not increased so I am not happy in this discrimination rules thanks

Employees is not satisfied because nothing transport, medical insurance etc,,salary decent but career growth is low.

It is vgood environment to work, People and leaders are co-operative. Salary is best in its standard. Career development chance is moderate in maintenance but high in production.

3 months notice period. No dearness allowance for management employees. So your gratuity will be calculated on only basic salary. Workers have more perks
