Very impractical approach, this industry is new in India and when they recruit somebody , they have to take from other industry only and every experienced person is fresh here, and they leave their industry and trust them and join their company . But instead of holding the hands and give liberty to perform , does not allow to grow and put him in a confined enviornment, does not allow to use his experience and if one tries do or even share the idea, the person is either humiliated or ignored....Read More
