Great Wall Corporate service Pvt ltd, once was a reputed company under its founder Mr.Partap Kadam. Since the companies are known by their leader and since the leadership is changed the company has seen a tremendous downfall. This is not because of people working there but because of who owns the Company.

Dislikes

Dislikes are - false commitment, Plan for the moon without planning of Rocket which can take you there - think big without a plan, very bad in paying salary. I have not received a salary of 2 and a half months even I left 3 years back.

...Excellent MD....He gave me great exposure to work in all Departmental Process...(Billing, Salary, HR Operations, Operational Auditing, Cost Control, and HR Process Set ups etc etc...Was wonderful experience for last 12 + years or so..

the learnings involved was good.

Dislikes

the growth in terms of monetary and career is tremendously slow. the processes aren't followed because of which no motivational activities carried out. no rewards and recognition to boost the employee morale. the decision making still lies with the owner restricting the basic activity flow.
