Salary is the worst thing in GNIOT. USUALLY RECIEVES SALARY AFTER 3-4 MONTHS. Returning the salary difference is even more worst.

I like timely and regularity of the professors who teaches according to syllabus.

I dislike untimely payments of salary and unsecured jabs. There should proper respect to professors and dislike indispline in students.

Pathetic working environment. The director of this institution - Bhupender Som is spineless, weak, brutally shrewd and outrightly corrupt person. The only thing he is interested in is Women and playing safe. The mgmt is always volatile in approach and implementation of any policy. In all not a good place to work for people focused on growth. But if you love politicking then you are most welcome

After serving for three continue years in GNIOT, not feeling anything negative because, with work seniors make us feel like family. What else, any employee is looking for.
