I think they should remove this curtain from there brain try to look what is the actual need of there customers. 9) Please stay away from this place, I had wasted an year in this place.

Benefits like Food was provided . Cab service was there .

Dislikes

...5 percent of the people don't even pick up the call. Poor work culture and team. Try to frame my friend that he isn't working well by cutting and taking clips of call from between and sending to audit team. Toxic work culture . And asking employees to leave just after 2 months of work. Team was not cooperative (TL, Manager and AGM). Would recommend not to join this company. Join at your own risk and have hood back up option with yourself.

- Unequal salary for people at the same level in the hierarchy - Low growth - Lots of meetings and overall management is average - Always focuses on a bell curve and retains mediocre employees and not the hardworking or high-performing ones - Team-wise management differs and has lots of hierarchial delays - 10 year old company but too centralized and lots of people in delegation level and less people in the execution level - More bargaining power as well as generally authority with external stakeholders and no power internally, if you go by the so called value proposition. With the quality GL claims, it must have more or rather equal authority over the stakeholders - Skip level meetings, HR meetings etc are all namesake
