Poor & incapable management, a near-illiterate marketing manager, mentally unstable team lead with an unbearably irritating attitude, no scope for growth or any learning, habit of scamming clients(young students, in this case, as it's actually an academic writing service)...also, the company is on the verge of bankruptcy.

1. The work environment is really good 2. There is healthy work life balance 3. Some team leaders are cooperative and helping in nature.

1. The base pay is not so good. 2. They are also imposing a capping on the incentives.

The only thing was good I see in this company was it was my first job! I am ready to do anything but day by day as time passes i have started seeing thier true colours! Ashok sir was very supportive from starting till day i resigned, i really thankful to him!

Dislikes

1)- No work Life balance 2)- Pathetic work culture! They cut salary even in lean seasons also. 3)- I have started facing many health issues due to this office only. 4)- For writers it is not good company to work on, they put penalties on everything! Writer are also not getting the amount they deserve!

The pay is decent but not enough to compensate for the amount of exploitation the employee has to undergo.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic and the employees are always exploited. There is almost no work life balance. No respect for the employees' mental health and well being. Very stressful work environment.

...portive. Work environment was positive and everyone around maintained a decorum. Salary is not really good but if you know how to earn then you can earn incentives higher than salary. In the short period, i learnt a lot there. Thank you
