Stupid company going to shutdown within 2 years for sure. My suggestion to all is don't join this dumb company.

Dislikes

... all the work with 100% accuracy. During admission period there is lots of work. I had to work extra 1-2 hours on daily basis without any extra pay and the people on payroll will call 10 times and ask you to complete work ASAP.

Not much pressure if you are working in the initial DPD's but for 30+ its a nightmare. Very less working in the end of the month not much pressure as most of the work will be done.

Overall company and upper management is good I'm 1st agent in pune city and handle entire podar school in pune , satara nd nashik but pune reason Ashutosh kingrani is purely wrong person selected by upper management. He has given the Totally credit by working in personally but this is totally credit goes to Hardworker agent in any section. Ashutosh kingrani is selected your employee not on performance basis , person employee selected Totally bad experience with me I have also complaint to the court because of I don't have any but ashutosh kingrani sign in my resignation.798767
