It's a great place for freshers to grow in their area of knowledge. There are ample opportunities provided here to grow in you skill area. Great team members and weekly/monthly activities organised by HR team sure keeps up the employees' spirit.

Dislikes

There are some things like expectations for working even after office hours among other things that would be irksome sometimes, but then also, it only makes you grow.

job security is good. management is also fine they gave me access to various tools and software which is I think a good way of learning. office infrastructure is also fine. 0ne thing I remember I was stuck in an e-commerce project and the client is putting pressure on me but they handle it very nicely and reduce my work pressure.

there are many things like their work culture, flexible timings, weekend party and topmost is, there are lots of things to learn. they will help you to enhance your knowledge and career. they will polish your skills very well and they will make you a productive person rather than a person who is just doing an average type of time-pass work. I worked with them for almost 5.5 years such a great time it was.
