Only thing I like about this company is variety of Projects. Even then the Management of project is so weak it is not even fun working with such tremendous pressure.

Dislikes

Literally everything. The work culture is bad, management has trust issues on employees, Salary is way less and they don't pay it on time always late. Senior employees are bully. project manager will shout and be rude to you for irrelevant things. Its way too toxic. No WFH even on medical emergencies.

My work experience has been very positive. The organization is focused on new technologies and my team members are incredibly supportive. I appreciate the collaborative work culture here, which makes it a great environment for growth and learning.

I haven’t encountered any significant challenges so far. The overall experience has been smooth with any minor issues being quickly resolved thanks to the supportive team and proactive approach of the company.

My experience at Gray Matrix has been quite transformative in my tenure. Here, there is strong emphasis on Continuous learning and growing you as individual alongside working for diverse projects be it technology or industry. The new office is quite motivating, the ambience is so pleasant it adds positivity to mind set as you enter office. Since the time we moved here, management is working on so many new initiatives to benefit us, recent one is starting morning healthy In house breakfast, doing so helps me come to office early and focus on my day on time.

Dislikes

Not everything in world is perfect so i dont see any dislike of any level that can hamper me as a part of team.

In just three months since joining Gray Matrix as an Frontend Developer fresh out of college, I've experience personal and professional growth unlike any other. The supportive atmosphere with an honourable mention of our approachable CEO Dharmesh Sir! has mace every day a joy.

For the time being in Gray Matrix, From my point of opinion I have experience zero cons and downsides of working at Gray Matrix.

Willfred William lac in knowledge he should not be taking interviews he doesn't have any technical questions asking guys about their past and future plans He should maintain decorum of an IT guy but unfortunately wrong guy has been appointed as an interviewer

The interviewer willfred Williams is a support guy taking interview of software testers
