No hierarchy. New ideas are always welcomed by senior team members. If you think you have an idea that will benefit the in-house product do a POC and you may get funded inside organisation itself to continue the same. Awesome people and great work life balance and culture. Yearly appraisals are also higher than current market standard.

Gravity is a good place for freshers, but don't expect a lot of learning. No clear career growth, no benefits, zero work-life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation isn't below market standards, and no benefits are provided even though company is like 7+ years old. Business folks mainly reside in Australia, and are the only ones being paid well. Extended notice periods, no comp-offs, limited holiday (15 days, sick leave included).
