1. Not a people centric company, it is Person centric company 2. Top management doesn't have clarity on what they are trying to do 3. Politics takes over the product and has great influence on the new product initiative 4. There is a room for lot of innovative and good work and technology exploration but again politics will eat everything 5. Few old residents not ready to accept the technological change and they oppose new initiative always

Nice place to begin your career. Good compensation/appraisal. If you are good enough you can achieve more. Work life balance is moderate. team mates are friendly.

- Works on ancient technologies - Very much micro-management - No work-life balance - Everyone tries to pitch nose in your personal lives - No work from home - No cab - Strict timings , if you go out to receive a courier, the time will be deducted from working hours. - Managers are friends to management - Accountants are poor in finance knowledge and so on

Third class company, except the salary increment nothing good as such. Pencil type buildings no cafeteria no proper washrooms.

The list will go on - 1. Strict timings 2. Wfh not possible even though you are sick 3. Management is not good 4. Unprofessional 5. Top management people are rude. Old technologies they are using. Too much politics.

I will write genuine about this company. It's not a organization it's a jail. Even if you will complete your work you can't go any where you need to sit on only your place even some other college place also you can't go. Every time when you will go outside you need to do chekout you time will cut. And you need to complete 9 hours daily with daily restricted time chekin 9:30 after that you will come they will mark as a LOP . And very interesting things when you will serve on notice period they will and treat like a regular employees but work they will expect like a regular employee if you will not work they will behave rude. and will say we will give you bad review it will effect your future. So my suggestion is if you can live in jail than you can join. And North indian and South indian discrimination lots in this organization
