...k now days after take over by donear ind. While compare to Aditya Birla group. Company policies is overall good such as family medical insurance, LTA,bonus, amenities. Overall good . Work culture on floor job is very bad no system for workers. All the strict policies are only for staff. No respectfull job on floor . Highly disappointed. Culture is degraded day by day. Since i started to now .

Salary is very low but if you are capable to take job in other company then they will surely give you hike in salary otherwise career growth is very slow. Old infrastructure with no planning to enhance it. No any new project taken. Just only adding old technology from others sell out palnts for higher production.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give bonus every year.

Friendly culture, all senoirs staffs vry supporting, time to time give proper guidline about the work so all are good for me.

Compensation nd any other benefits is decent, Growth is very slow about more learning. They can't give job security after internship most of the time hire the candidate on the basis of reference.

Experienced colleagues assist you in your job. Generally, attrition is low and job stability is high.

Career and Salary growth is lower than industry and appraisal is linked to impression than actual work.
