Job security is there. Work culture is good but not the best, management is ok now days after take over by donear ind. While compare to Aditya Birla group. Company policies is overall good such as family medical insurance, LTA,bonus, amenities. Overall good . Work culture on floor job is very bad no system for workers. Dislikes

Salary is very low but if you are capable to take job in other company then they will surely give you hike in salary otherwise career growth is very slow. Old infrastructure with no planning to enhance it. No any new project taken. Just only adding old technology from others sell out palnts for higher production.

As a technical team member work life is not much balanced. But overall good. Company fully support in any emergency situation. Policies are very good .
