Work life balance is good, HODs are supportive.

Dislikes

Terrible salary structure. The Company has not revised its salary structure since decade. Power has concentrated in a few hands only and the management & higher authority are not professional at all. HR policies are terrible, no development for the employees. Even the accommodation facility provided by the company is in poor condition. Graphite India is not looking after its only steel plant they have. The group is reluctant for any kind of development.

The work environment is good. The people are to supportive toward the new trainer. I learned many things here.

Dislikes

The management is so poor to appreciate the hardwork people here. The basic salary is lesser as compared to other. The other facilities are also less.
