Good work environment and culture all the seniors are supportive and good in nature , while on the second point juniors and teammates are cooperative in nature and the management is transparent . Company Policies are really good , appraisals are fair and even they provide good salary hike and bonus every year.

Terrible salary structure. The Company has not revised its salary structure since decade. Power has concentrated in a few hands only and the management & higher authority are not professional at all. HR policies are terrible, no development for the employees. Even the accommodation facility provided by the company is in poor condition.
