Good work environment and culture all the seniors are supportive and good in nature , while on the second point juniors and teammates are cooperative in nature and the management is transparent . Terrible salary structure. The Company has not revised its salary structure since decade. Power has concentrated in a few hands only and the management & higher authority are not professional at all. HR policies are terrible, no development for the employees. Even the accommodation facility provided by the company is in poor condition.
