Everything! The people are nice, the management is good, the managers actually care about your well-being, and you get to learn a ton of stuff.

I do not dislike anything about working at Grapdes as such, except that sometimes work can get a little hectic.

The company culture is great and everyone is very helpful towards each other. If you are a fresher you’ll be learning a lot from this company. The higher management is great and helpful, they don’t micromanage and will let you take initiative. Overall I had a great time working with them.

Helped me expand and grow my abilities, becoming a multi-faceted designer with static and dynamic capabilities. Expanded on content and visual storytelling with the aid of amazing co-workers who helped me in the process. Size of the company (small to mid) allowed for a flatter structure that allowed all to participate or understand the strategic processes behind organisation.
