They do not pay very well - However, career progression is guaranteed and some of the higher-ups do earn pretty good money.

...and seniors are very supportive in nature, you get huge opportunities to growth. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year, You get job securities as well.

Thing I don't like about GT, here we can not expect a good balance between life and work

...balance Managers /AD are always in panic mode Employees are not heard As such no perks n benefits apart from monthly salary Long work houra Over burdened by work and expectations are un realistic

I think Grant Thornton is a wonderful company to work. I joined as a fresher but never felt odd. We were very much valued and welcomed. Got to learn so much from all my seniors and team members. Very cooperative team members and seniors. Work life balanced is very much well maintained. You'll always enjoy your work here because of the culture.

Dislikes

I think the compensation should have been a bit more for the amount of hardwork we do.
