I think Grant Thornton is a wonderful company to work. I joined as a fresher but never felt odd. We were very much valued and welcomed. Got to learn so much from all my seniors and team members. The working hours are flexible

Dislikes

...e at times. There is no comp off policy to compensate the extra working hours. Compensation and benefits are poor. Leave policy is very bad. You can’t utilize your leaves for different festivals as you wish. If you take extended leave during one festival, you won’t be given approval to take leave during another festival inspite of informing 4-6 weeks prior.
