I I would like to say here that I have had a lot of experience in Grant Thornton, getting salary from time to time, sir's support in my work and bonding with colleagues.

Dislikes

What I didn't like about Grant Thornton was that there was no guarantee of a job. In contractual base jobs, we are always fired from where we are and we have to face a lot of problems in finding jobs.

Likes

Work life balance is good. Opportunity to gather different skills. Employe are helpful.

Dislikes

Salary structure is not so good. Client representative choose some specific employ for training and updatation. It makes gaping in knowledge between those two employ having same position.

Likes

The Salary benefit is good.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Some Managers are putting more pressure to complete the work which leads to more stress on other employees reporting to them. Most of the times work will be there on weekends also.

Salary is paid on time (same does not apply to reimbursements).

Dislikes

Many things (toxic work culture, senior employees truing to pull others down, encouraging unethical practices, demotivating environment for performers)

Salary is on time else rest is all needs improvements being a consulting firm.

Dislikes

Favouritism, napotism, For consultants nothing great. It's FT employees even AM dnt do much of work and put all the work on consultant kitty and takes all the credits of their work n get promotion
