...increment, company dont taken on roll for employee only working as contractual. Salary is low

Learning from this company is very good regarding product knowledge and testing various types of paint with different test methods like ASTM, ISO AND IS.

Working culture are not to good and about the project and important development activities are not share the employee who's work on their project. And appraisal not completed on time and kra not provided to each candidate to how to perform next year goal and etc...

Most things I like about my work is timing schedule and supportive seniors.

Dislikes

There is no canteen facility as well as company does not provide any transport to their employees, no proper covid-19 policy furthermore no economic growth we saw compare to others.
