...ak, they give a speech assuring job safety and after 3 weeks start firing again. Salary hikes & cuts are not same for everyone. Lot of favoritism.

The company's work culture and the dynamic environment it offers have been standout features of my time here. seniors and colleagues are always willing to guide and support here.

No job security, any time you will be fired without any big reason and ask you to resign ,and blackmail you to blacklist if you don't resign and ask for notice period or compensation.
